You’re looking at the engine behind our coffee operation: our 10-kilogram Ambex Coffee Roaster—the heart and soul of Whiskey River Coffee Roasters.
This impressive machine was manufactured in Turkey, then shipped across the ocean to Ambex headquarters in Clearwater, Florida, where it was outfitted with U.S.-made electrical systems and computer-controlled gas valves. After a final ride by tractor-trailer, it found its home right here—ready to roast.
Weighing in at nearly 800 pounds and powered by gas, this roaster can handle up to 100 pounds of coffee per hour at full capacity.
Currently, we roast green coffee beans from eight tropical countries, each bringing its own unique flavor and aroma. By roasting in-house, we can fine-tune every batch to create bold, fresh, and uniquely crafted coffees for every kind of palate.
Having our own roaster—and a dedicated Roastmaster—means we control every step, from bean to brew, ensuring the highest quality in every cup.
